A Custom, Personalized Process.
I love to get up close and personal with each and every one of my clients, allowing me to create one-of-a-kind pieces that are truly as unique as the women who wear them.
I like to get to know the client and their personal style - depending on the nature of the project, communication about design will be over email, phone, or in-person. If a sketch is required (sometimes it is, sometimes it’s not!), there is a $300 design fee which will subsequently be deducted from the final invoice if the piece goes into production. Once we solidify a design, a quote will be provided as well.
Once designs are approved, production will commence - all of our pieces are handmade in Toronto by talented artisans. Depending on the complexity of the item, production can take anywhere from 4-8 weeks, and I will communicate with the client along the way to provide any pertinent photos and updates.
I will communicate with the client about delivery once the piece is ready. We offer shipping as well as local pick-up in the GTA.

Where are you based?We are based in Toronto, Canada.
Where are the pieces made and by who?Our pieces are proudly made in Toronto by extremely talented bench jewellers who have been in the trade for 40+ years.
What materials do you work with?We work with: Gold – 10k, 14k, 18k in yellow, rose or white Platinum Precious stones Semi-precious stones Lab diamonds * We do not work with any plated materials, enamel or silver.

What types of payment do you accept?We accept all major credit cards and e-transfer for custom orders. Sales tax will be added to all invoices.
What is the best way to clean my jewelry?We recommend cleaning your gold and diamond jewelry with warm water and dish soap. Soak and scrub gently with a toothbrush for best results.
